This picture is taken by the long wall built by the railway company in my street.It is one of my favorite pictures. This is me and my friends.What has inspired the mural was how it felt every time we pass that long wall going up or down the street.It was depressing and our usual view was blocked and we knew a little colour can lift our mood and even give us a new perspective.
Grateful to have the likes of Dice TK the very talented graffiti writer to emerge from the streets of Soweto,who organized a graffiti jam that transformed his neighborhood for good.This is one of Trackside Creative initiative by this brilliant multimedia artist called "Painting Soweto"
What is amazing is just how colour can directly affect our mood.
